② The equipment adopts a combination of PC and touch screen intelligent control, with adjustable vulcanization pressure and vulcanization time; Automatic intelligent constant temperature, with automatic deflation function, adjustable deflation frequency, deflation pressure, deflation time, and deflation stroke; The dual structure has independent control on both sides, and the operation does not interfere with each other. Two sets of motor oil pumps are used for independent control, greatly reducing the difficulty of future maintenance.
The operation of the equipment is divided into two working states: automatic and manual. In automatic mode, it is in continuous operation. Press the start button once during operation, and the high and low pressure oil pumps will start simultaneously to achieve fast mold closing. When the mold closing reaches the slow speed limit, the system will automatically switch, and the low pressure pump will return oil. Only the high pressure pump will work to achieve slow mold closing; When the mold is closed and the pressure is increased to the release pressure, the pressure is stopped, and the air is trapped. The air trapping delay ends, the high-pressure oil changes direction, the mold is slowly opened and released, and when it reaches the fast conversion limit, the high-pressure oil changes direction again to achieve fast mold opening and release. The release delay ends, and low-pressure oil and high-pressure oil are loaded simultaneously to achieve fast mold closing; Complete automatic deflation according to the set number of times, and when the deflation is completed and the mold is closed and reaches the vulcanization pressure, it can automatically stop and perform vulcanization timing at the same time; It has an automatic pressure replenishment function during the pressure holding vulcanization process. When the vulcanization time is up, it will automatically sound an alarm. After the alarm is over, it will automatically start slow mold opening. When the mold opening reaches the fast conversion limit, the high-pressure oil will change direction again to achieve fast mold opening. When the mold opening lower limit is reached, the action will automatically stop; Press the push button to activate the push cylinder to quickly push out the mold, reaching the slow speed limit for pushing out. Switch to slow speed until the push out stop limit is reached to stop the push out action. Then, the automatic push out cylinder starts, automatically slowly pushes out the mold to open it, and then automatically switches to fast action. Finally, switch to slow speed until it reaches the flipping state and ends the action; After the operation is completed, press the start button to quickly and automatically lower the ejection cylinder and end the action slowly. The ejection cylinder will automatically start and pull back the mold, and then automatically start the mold closing process to start a new process flow; In manual mode, all actions are executed individually and in a jog state;
